Werewolves can easily change their body into a wolf whenever they want to, which is a power that is there as a self-defence mechanism. Mostly, their wolf-form can be controlled, however younger werewolves tend to have a problem with controlling when they change, because they tend to change into their wolf-form if they are experiencing a powerful emotion such as anger or sadness.

Werewolves cannot be killed by a silver bullet. They are immortal except for when in combat. They do, however, change in the moon. They do not change into a half man half wolf, however change into a full wolf. Werewolves are also immune to any disease or natural causes of death.

Werewolves’ appearances have some resemblance to their human form, for example, a common one would be that their fur would be the exact same colour as the hair in their human form. Another way to tell would be their eyes. The eyes would stay the exact same colour and shade.

Werewolves also have mates. They must find their mates before they fully mature, which is at the age of 24. They must claim their mate (through a kiss) and if they do not find their mate or their mate rejects them, they will die.
